The National Bureau of Statistics released today the statistical data on the changes in sales prices of commercial residential properties in 70 large and medium-sized cities in April 2019. The sales prices of newly-built residential properties and second-hand residential properties in second tier cities increased by 12.3% and 8.3% respectively year-on-year, with both increases expanding by 0.1 percentage points compared to the previous month.
